TURKCELL Gayrimenkul Hizmetleri A.Ş. The Data Center Project implemented in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone, Kocaeli has been successfully completed on a turnkey basis, in line with high technology requirements, including infrastructure, civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical installation works.

In the project with a total enclosed area of 37,000 m², technical spaces and support areas were implemented in line with data security, uninterrupted power supply, and HVAC requirements. The facility was constructed using a reinforced concrete structural system, resulting in a plant that ensures high durability and operational continuity.

The project was initiated under the contract dated February 2015 and was completed by December 2016, in accordance with the planned schedule and quality standards. The design works were prepared by Deerns International, which has international expertise in data center projects.
