The project, with a total enclosed area of 31,035 m², includes fully implemented commercial areas, common areas, and complete technical infrastructure. The facility utilizes a reinforced concrete structural system to create a durable and functional shopping mall.

The project was completed between January 2021 – December 2021 in accordance with the planned schedule and quality standards. The design has been prepared by KG Architecture.
