3M Manufacturing Co. The Manufacturing Facility Project implemented in Dammam, Saudi Arabia has been successfully completed on a turnkey basis, including comprehensive infrastructure, civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical installation works.

In the project with a total enclosed area of 8,650 m², production and administrative functions were addressed with different structural systems. Steel structures were used in the production buildings, while a reinforced concrete structural system was used in the administrative building, prioritizing operational efficiency and structural durability.

The project was completed between August 2016 – August 2017, in accordance with the planned schedule and quality standards. The concept design was prepared by Arcadis / Hyder Group, the architectural design by K2 Architecture, the structural projects by Cihan Kütük, the mechanical installation by RK Engineering, and the electrical installation by Akyaz Engineering.
