ANADOLU ISUZU Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. The R&D Building Project implemented in Şekerpınar, Kocaeli has been successfully completed on a turnkey basis, including comprehensive infrastructure, civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical installation works.

In the project with a total enclosed area of 6,850 m², research, development, and office areas were constructed in accordance with modern engineering requirements. The facility was built using a steel structural system, creating a flexible, durable, and high-technology working environment.

The project was completed between February 2015 – August 2015, in accordance with the planned schedule and quality standards. The design works were prepared by TEM Engineering.
