The production facility project developed for Aykut Acarer in Kapaklı Organized Industrial Zone (OSB), Tekirdağ, was planned as a turnkey project covering all processes from infrastructure to superstructure.

The project, with a total enclosed area of 9,024 m², includes infrastructure, construction, architectural, electrical, and mechanical installation works carried out with an integrated approach. The structure utilizes a precast concrete structural system to create a durable and efficient industrial facility suitable for production processes.

The project works are scheduled to be completed between October 2025 – March 2026 in accordance with the planned schedule and quality standards. Architectural and industrial design works have been prepared by Fields Architecture & Industrial Design.
