3M Manufacturing Co.<\/strong> The Manufacturing Facility Project<\/strong> implemented in Dammam, Saudi Arabia<\/strong> has been successfully completed on a turnkey basis<\/strong>, including comprehensive infrastructure, civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical installation works<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the project with a total enclosed area of 8,650 m\u00b2<\/strong>, production and administrative functions were addressed with different structural systems. Steel structures were used in the production buildings<\/strong>, while a reinforced concrete structural system was used in the administrative building<\/strong>, prioritizing operational efficiency and structural durability.<\/p>\n

The project was completed between August 2016 \u2013 August 2017<\/strong>, in accordance with the planned schedule and quality standards. The concept design<\/strong> was prepared by Arcadis \/ Hyder Group<\/strong>, the architectural design<\/strong> by K2 Architecture, the structural projects<\/strong> by Cihan K\u00fct\u00fck, the mechanical installation<\/strong> by RK Engineering, and the electrical installation<\/strong> by Akyaz Engineering.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
