IFF GOSB Expansion Construction | Turnkey

For IFF International Flavors & Fragrances, the GOSB Expansion Construction Project implemented in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone, Istanbul was successfully completed on a turnkey basis, including comprehensive infrastructure, civil, architectural, clean room, electrical, mechanical, and process installation works.

In the project with a total enclosed area of 10,250 m², production areas, office units, and cleanroom facilities were fully implemented. A durable and efficient facility compliant with high hygiene and production standards was constructed using a reinforced concrete structural system.

Within the scope of the project, infrastructure, construction, architectural works, cleanroom applications, and electrical, mechanical, and process installation works were completed with an integrated approach. The works were carried out between May 2013 – November 2014 in accordance with the planned schedule and quality standards. The design works were prepared by PM Group / SEY Architecture and Alaz Albay.
