For Küehne+Nagel Nakliyat Ltd. Şti., the Logistics Center and Administrative Building Project implemented in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone, Izmit was successfully completed by our company on a turnkey basis.

In the project with a total enclosed area of 10,895 m², a prefabricated structure and prefabricated slab system was used as the structural system. The building was designed to ensure fast construction and long-lasting use, suitable for high-volume storage and intensive logistics operations.

Within the scope of the project, infrastructure works, construction, architectural applications, as well as electrical and mechanical installation works were carried out with an integrated approach. The works were completed between August 2004 – December 2004 in accordance with the planned schedule and quality standards. The design was prepared by Ateş Architecture.
