Bosch RBTR BU2 Block 310 Production and Office Buildings | Turnkey Project
For Bosch Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., the RBTR BU2 Block 310 Production and Office Buildings Project implemented in Nilüfer Organized Industrial Zone, Bursa was successfully completed by our company on a turnkey basis.
In the project with a total enclosed area of 22,151 m², a combination of structural systems was used, including a reinforced concrete structure, prefabricated columns, and a steel roof structure system. The building was designed in accordance with high durability, flexibility, and long-lasting usage criteria suitable for industrial production processes.
Within the scope of the project, infrastructure works, construction works, and architectural applications were carried out in an integrated manner; the works were completed within the planned schedule between February 2012 – January 2013. The architectural and engineering design of the project was carried out by Ateş Architecture & Engineering.
