For Feyziye Mektepleri Vakfı Işık University, the Student Dormitories (YY1) project constructed within the Istanbul Şile Campus was implemented on a turnkey basis in accordance with the needs of university life.

Within the scope of the project with a total enclosed area of 5,500 m², infrastructure works, construction applications, architectural finishing works, as well as mechanical and electrical installation works were fully completed. The structure was built using a reinforced concrete structural system.

The project works were completed between 19 February 2005 – 15 September 2005 in accordance with the planned schedule and quality standards.
