For MODKAR Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., the Carton Production Facility constructed in Kayseri was implemented with the aim of achieving high efficiency and durability in industrial production structures.

Within the scope of the project with a total enclosed area of 21,750 m², infrastructure works, reinforced concrete construction applications, architectural finishing works, and roof and façade cladding were fully completed. By utilizing precast concrete in the structural system, rapid construction, high quality, and long-lasting structural performance were achieved.

The project was successfully completed between 5 October 2007 – 31 May 2008 in accordance with the planned schedule.
