DERİMSAN Leather Manufacturing Industry and Trade Inc. The Leather Production Facility and Office Building project, developed in the Istanbul Tuzla Leather Organized Industrial Zone, was designed in accordance with industrial production and administrative use requirements and has been successfully completed.

The project, with a total enclosed area of 17,000 m², included infrastructure works, construction works, architectural finishing works, as well as roofing and facade cladding applications. The structure was built using a reinforced concrete structural system.

The project was completed between 24 April 2004 – 31 December 2004 in accordance with quality and schedule targets.
