For Clariant Türkiye Boya ve Kimyevi Maddeler San. ve Tic. A.Ş., the Administrative Building and Masterbatch Production Facility constructed in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone was successfully completed by our company on a turnkey basis.

In the project with a total enclosed area of 10,900 m², infrastructure, construction, architectural works, and electrical and mechanical installation works were carried out. A durable and functional industrial facility suitable for production processes was constructed using reinforced concrete, prefabricated columns, space frame system, and steel structural systems.

The project was completed between March 2011 – October 2011 in accordance with the planned schedule and quality standards. The design works were prepared by Lim Architecture, Engineering / Alaz Albay.
