For SİKA Yapı Kimyasalları A.Ş., the New Administration and Factory Building project constructed in Tuzla Leather Organized Industrial Zone, Istanbul was successfully completed in accordance with industrial production and management requirements.

In the project with a total enclosed area of 15,980 m², a durable, functional, and modern facility was constructed by using a steel structure for the factory building and a reinforced concrete structural system for the administrative building.

The project was carried out between June 2006 – April 2006, and the design works were prepared by Ateş Architecture.
