Eren Energy Thermal Power Plant Turbine Cooling Line Project

For EREN ENERJİ Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., the 2×600 MW Coal-Fired Thermal Power Plant Turbine Cooling Project implemented in Çatalağzı / Zonguldak was successfully completed as part of infrastructure works for high-capacity energy generation facilities.

Within the scope of the project, a total of 4 pipelines, each with a length of 3.5 km, were constructed using Ø 3,200 mm diameter coated steel pipe systems, along with all reinforced concrete foundations and infrastructure works of the pipelines. Designed for heavy industrial conditions, the system was implemented in accordance with engineering standards to meet high-capacity cooling requirements.

The works were completed between 15 February 2009 – 31 December 2010 in accordance with the quality, safety, and environmental standards required by the energy sector.
