Kordsa Composite Technologies and Excellence Center Project | Turnkey Project

Kordsa The Composite Technologies and Excellence Center Project implemented in Teknopark Istanbul Development Zone, Pendik / Istanbul has been successfully completed on a turnkey basis, in line with advanced technology research and development requirements, including infrastructure, civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical installation works.

In the project with a total enclosed area of 14,000 m², R&D laboratories, testing areas, and office units were constructed in accordance with modern engineering and research standards. The facility was built using a reinforced concrete structural system, resulting in a structure that ensures high performance and long-term durability.

The project was completed between August 2015 – April 2016, in accordance with the planned schedule and quality standards. The design works were prepared by Turgut Toydemir (Piramit Architecture).
