For Doğuş Otomotiv A.Ş., the A Block Strengthening, Roof Renovation and Electromechanical Refurbishment Project carried out in Kocaeli / Şekerpınar was completed by our company as a comprehensive renovation and modernization project.
In the existing warehouse building with a total enclosed area of 35,000 m², structural strengthening works were carried out using reinforced concrete and steel structural systems, and the roof structure and cladding were completely renewed. Within the scope of the project, architectural modifications, mechanical installation, and electrical installation works were also executed in an integrated manner.
The works were completed within the planned schedule between June 2013 – December 2013, and the architectural design of the project was carried out by Ateş Architecture.
