Bosch Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. for the RBTR BU1 Block Project implemented in Nilüfer Organized Industrial Zone, Bursa is a turnkey project comprising production and office buildings.

In the project with a total enclosed area of 22,151 m², infrastructure, construction, and architectural works were fully implemented. A durable and functional structure was created using a reinforced concrete structural system and a steel roof structure.

In the project, the integrated execution of infrastructure, construction, and architectural works was ensured, and the works were completed between February 2012 – January 2013 in accordance with the planned schedule and quality standards. The design works were prepared by Ateş Architecture and Engineering.
