For KCC Boya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., the Paint Production Facility and Administrative Building project constructed in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone was successfully completed by our company on a turnkey basis.

In the project with a total enclosed area of 15,500 m², infrastructure, construction, and architectural works, as well as electrical and mechanical installation works were carried out. A durable and long-lasting industrial facility suitable for production processes was constructed using a reinforced concrete structural system.

The project was delivered between August 2007 – April 2008 in accordance with the planned schedule and quality standards. The design was prepared by Seyaş Architecture, Engineering / Alaz Albay.
