Franke Kitchen Systems Ltd. in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone, İzmit, the Kitchen Sink Manufacturing Facility, Warehouse, and Administrative Building Project has been successfully completed by our company on a turnkey basis.

The project, with a total built-up area of 7,400 m², features steel construction for the production facility and warehouse buildings, and a reinforced concrete structural system for the administrative building. The facility is designed to provide high durability and functionality, suitable for industrial production processes.

Within the scope of the project, infrastructure, construction, architectural works, as well as electrical and mechanical installations were carried out using an integrated approach. The works were completed between July 2003 – December 2003, in accordance with the planned schedule and quality standards. The design was prepared by Onur Özsoy – Özsoy Architecture.
